Return & Exchange Policy
At Roff Studios, we take pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our pieces. We offer a 7-day return policy for jewelry that arrives damaged and unwearable. We will gladly accept returns of damaged items within this time frame, free of charge. For damaged jewelry that's outside the 7-day window, we offer affordable repair services with complimentary shipping.
